Benefits of hiring through SES:

Supported Employment Services specializes in helping local businesses find qualified, dependable, long-term workers. Whatever the needs might be, SES has trained professionals that can match the right person to the position that your business’ needs filled.

Multiple Candidate Selection

Our Job Developers will work with the employer to fulfill vacant positions or identify areas within their business that may have untapped opportunities. This process is called job carving. Once the employer’s need is identified the job development team will review the available Job Seeker to match based on skills and abilities. SES then present the employer with potential applicants and assists with setting up interviews and face-to-face meetings with selected Job Seekers.

Our goal is to ensure that you get the perfect fit for the position and the culture of your business. Working with SES to find multiple candidates specific to the employer’s needs can decrease the cost of recruitment.

On-Boarding / Training Assistance

When an applicant is offered a position, SES will provide them with a Job Coach. The SES team member will assist the applicant with all new hire paperwork and will be there with them during initial training. The Job Coaches will work side-by-side with the new employee to help them learn about their job responsibilities. This includes but is not limited to skills building, safety techniques, embracing the culture of the company, and extra assistance to reinforce company-provided training.

In short, a Job Coach will learn alongside the new employee, and will be a resource available for both the employer and the new employee. When the new employee is comfortable with their routine and tasks, and the employer feels expectations are being met, the job coach will begin fading.

Ending with a cohesively beneficial employer/employee relationship built on trust and open communication. Leaving the job seeker with a career and the employer with a well-trained and dedicated employee!

The extra assistance provided by SES to aid in the development of a new employee results in a reduced costs to the employer overall.

Job training empowers people to realize their dreams and improve their lives.
