Supported Employment Services is continuing to grow in Lane, Linn, and Benton Counties, and career opportunities are available to employees who demonstrate a commitment to advance in their careers. We have openings in initial job coaching and ongoing supported employment where you have the ability to train and interact with a variety of individuals in paid employment in our community. In Lane County, we have opportunities for support staff to assist people living independently in their own homes. All jobs are energetic, challenging, exciting, and can vary from day-to-day. Preference will be given to those with experience in the field, but attitude and a good sense of humor is everything. A college degree is preferred. Must be able to pass criminal history check as well as have a safe driving record. Must own a reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed). Ability to get CPR and first aid certification. We do comprehensive training upon hire to meet the requirements for the State of Oregon for direct support professionals. We also provide training and support to become a certified direct support professional and other ongoing in-service training along the way.
